I am in network with most BCBS and Aetna plans. It is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance to confirm if I am in network and determine what co-pay, co-insurance or deductible you may have.

The standard fee is $160/session if your insurance is not in network. I happily provide a Superbill for out of network reimbursement, if your insurance offers that.

As I see clients all over NC and SC, most of my work is virtual. Many are surprised to find that virtual work is just as effective as in-person therapy for a wide range of conditions.

I typically try to meet weekly for the first 1-2 months, to get to know one another and to get to know your goals for therapy. Our meetings can be spread out further after we’ve established our goals.
